• Led the UX design of Marketplace and Time Entry modules of Delivery Collaboration Portal (DCP 2.0)

• Collaborated with Product Owners, IT Analysts, and development teams, to define and implement intuitive and efficient design solutions, leveraging the functionalities of DCP 1.0.

• Tested application components with real users, mainly internal to Cisco.

• Supplemented user research with analysis of available site analytics and user testing to better understand usage behavior to help inform design focus areas.

• Led the complete makeover of UI design of the ERP suite - the ‘Warp Drive’. The new UI caught rave reviews - “New Warp Rocks!”

• Established standard HTML/CSS framework and visual styles across all internal applications and Warp modules flaunting consistent ‘Tesla red’ theme.

• Standardized user interface of more than 40 Warp modules in 1 year working directly on the developers’ source code and squeezing into tight build schedules. This helped save 40% of the development team’s time.

• Led IA analysis, visual and interaction design, and front-end framework development using HTML5/CSS3 for new feature sets of Warp modules and other internal applications, instituting mobile/responsive design approach.

• Contributed in establishment of UX design for iOS apps and Visitor Management System.

• Established Central Asset Library (we called ‘CDN’), UI Style Guide and iconography.

• Established UX design for RMS LifeRisks - from its first debut up to the third version, incrementally adding new features that helped capture the #1 market position in Life Insurance business products.

• Led UX design for LifeRisks mobile/responsive model.

• Co-led UX design of several modules of RMS(one) - RMS’s flagship product, with complete ownership of the Map widget.

• Established UX design of RUIS – a GIS-based e-governance system for Rajasthan, India.

• Quickly learnt XAML and hand-coded LifeRisks v1 front-end design single-handedly, saving organization from hiring a XAML developer.

• Created Proof-of-Concepts in various technologies like WPF & Silverlight.

• Managed projects from concept to post-delivery maintenance, leading a 14-member team of programmers and designers located in different geographical locations.

• Received several commendations from clients which helped acquire new and repeat business contributing to an average 20% increase in revenue.
