○ Build and facilitate adoption of a PDLC process to support Product bundles to support

the Sales motions

○ Weave in knowledge of the AI/ML Data platforms across product lines through

roadshows and pave a path for these to be embedded into the PDLC processes of

Checkout Product bundles

○ Streamline product delivery pipeline for Commercial and Sales teams on Top 100

Merchant integrations

2021 - Led the launch of PayPal High Yield Savings product as a brand new product line and as

the Banking muscle of PayPal.

○ Setup the cross functional partnership (80+ teams) and drive accountability for

product and engineering build through heatmap driven stakeholder forums

○ Drive brand new setup of business and regulatory controls as well as the FLOD, SLOD

teams.

○ Supported the 2 external partners - Synchrony Bank and FIS - as the relationship

manager as well as an E2E execution partner. Led the due diligence process to finalize

the contract with Synchrony bank. Drove external partner gives / gets to co-build the

solution in tight timelines.

2020 - Led the Xoom portfolio as well as strategic Xoom initiatives as a program manager.

2019 - Led the Venmo monetization efforts on transitioning Venmo Disputes platform

2018 -As part of PayPal IDMS, program managed initiatives to enable enhanced security

experiences

2017 - Led the Consumer Send Money Platform (Web, Mobile) as a Portfolio Program

manager on enabling multi country launches.

Worked with the Paypal Wallet Web team in the next gen launch of Paypal wallet UI along with

Paypal credit in 203 countries.

Joined PayPal Consumer app team in 2014 and worked with the SDK team to enable mobile

friendly server driven support for Paypal App experiences.

Worked on Oracle AIA framework to integrate Primavera P6 with JD Edwards, E Buisenes Suite & Peoplesoft.

Worked with ExtJS, GXT scripting along with other Java technologies on core Primavera P6 product suites.

Currently working on developing a custom integration framework for the future integrations for Primavera. This involves Eclipselink for JPA to persist data , JSON objects to serialize & transfer the data back & forth between backend & UI.

Worked with core Java technologies and adobe Flex for UI on 'Evolve', a resource management product under Primavera's family of products.

Partially worked with Oracle data warehousing tools to support a BI tool within Evolve.

Also worked with ExtJs scripting language on developing UI for Primavera Contract Manager.

Developed a Drug Database & Analysis tool "FreeFlowDB", that is geared towards storing both structural as well as high-throughput assay information generated as part of a typical drug discovery process.
