• Lead engineering effort by streamlining communication and establishing processes, documenting technical plan, decisions and know-hows for delivery of stable and efficient software across different brands.

• Responsible for mentoring and boosting team's productivity.

• Maintain initial set up of CI/CD pipeline to automate routine tasks.

• Accelerate cross-collaboration with teams across timezones in Europe and the US. Facilitate project alignment, execution and enable app adoption by multiple teams through business meetings while on a company sponsored business trip.

• Closely work with product managers and UX research team and lead the development plan to meet product goals.

I provide support and guidance to university students through Codepath Resume Review sessions, Technical Interview Preparation and Android courses.

I helped the students from various companies enrolled to learn Android via Codepath Bootcamp in 2016 solve technical issues and answered the queries posted on Codepath Forum during lab sessions and project development.

I also provided contracting service for curriculum content development.
