Analyze products and create various product research deliverables (i.e. heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, etc.)

Working closely with cross-functional teams and programs to create an intuitive, cohesive and seamless user experience across all products that show an eye for detail, aesthetics and functionality.

Work with designers and engineers across multiple products to develop an implementation strategy and timeline for introducing components and standards.

Work with designers to identify opportunities for consistency across product lines.

Advocating for Accessibility and Inclusive Design practices.

Leading problem space discovery, including generative research, and prototype based validation. Visualize the problem space with concept models where necessary and facilitate team alignment in understanding the scope of the problem.

Leverage analytics, user testing, and customer feedback and apply them intelligently into iterative design solutions.

Collaborates with the project team and stakeholders across multiple business lines to understand user needs and objectives, business goals, requirements, and constraints, including business analysts, technology, marketers, and visual design.

Producing user interface sketches, workflows, schematics, and interactive prototypes

Providing technical expertise in design after gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

Analyzes user feedback on the company's digital properties to identify trends and recommend changes that will improve the user experience.
