• Draft the new design proposal for ISE Dashboard, Integration Catalog, Design Component, and other features.

• Deliver design solutions for activity system, Single Sign-On, Gatekeeper, SDA-EVPN, and other features for Cisco DNA Center.

• Conduct usability research and analyze user feedback for projects

• Drive the design for Cisco Network Experience Portal.

• Cooperate with Apple’s team to redesign the Wide-Area Bonjour App for Cisco DNA Center.

• Collaborate with the Cohesion design team to finalize design guidelines and enhance design patterns.

• Visualize data and design dashboards on multiple platforms, including Verizon Modeling Analytics System, EPA, NIA, FPA, NPA, and NSB.

• Simplify the UX flows and redesign Orbit and DMAT.

• Build up and maintain the centralized design system using crossing platforms.

• Create motion videos for advertising and demo purposes.

• Take charge of QA testing and drive offshore developers to implement features.

• Conduct usability tests to delineate journey maps and wireframes to optimize user flow.

• Sketch mockups to refurbish the library website for desktop and mobile.

• Monitor and evaluate the new system experience with Google Analytics.

• Launch the refashioned commercial website for desktop and mobile with the design leader.

• Picture visual patterns for emails and advertisements.
