Integrated Claims Management System(ICMS) is a web based system which can be accessed by internal users who are from State Board as well as external users which may include employees, employers, attorneys and so on. External users will use this system to file a claim on his own or others behalf by filling up a specific form. External users can also track their claims’ status.
