Solving problems for people with Diabetes and the people who care for them. I focus on the digital ecosystem that helps make it easier for people with diabetes to get started using Omnipod. I work on a great team that shapes the end-to-end journey, from getting started to using the first pod, integrating human-centered design and content strategy to turn what is complex into easier to understand and use products.

I lead the content strategy for Honda and Acura digital and driving experiences, including apps, websites, in-vehicle interfaces, and related communications.

I was the Principal Product Designer on the Inclusive Design Team at Realtor.com where I played a key role in creating and executing the vision of inclusive design and accessibility. I designed organizational change models, tools and curriculum that embedded inclusive approaches into the product development lifecycle. This included defining guidelines, developing best practices, methods and toolkits, and providing mentorship and guidance to designers, product managers, engineers, executives, workshop participants, and other learning professionals. I regularly facilitated workshops that promoted empathy growth awareness, and presented and communicated design objectives, concepts and executions to partners and stakeholders across the organization.
