As lead UX designer at AWS Wickr, I guide our product and engineering teams as we build a secure unified communication application with end-to-end encryption(E2EE). I manage and support user experience design for our cross-platform apps(iOS, Android, desktop) and web-based administrative consoles on the AWS admin console.

I lead design at Wickr, tasked with the research and design execution for the Wickr applications on iOS, Android, and desktop. Utilizing a combination of business metrics and user research, I successfully delivered cross-platform customer and enterprise-facing applications aligning with the company's mission to provide secure and accessible communication over the internet.

We were tasked with reinventing the digital approach in the real estate sector for Weichert. I was responsible for designing and developing the search experience, user portal, and marketing pages. The goal was to provide a personalized digital experience and connect buyers with agents at the right time.

The redesign resulted in a 48% increase in mobile form submissions and a 26% increase in mobile conversion rate, showing greater user engagement.
