I improved the reliability and performance of an internal landmark storage/research application used by city staff. I automated file-path generation to eliminate inaccurate database entries, streamlined landmark creation from multiple manual fields down to a single input, and reduced query times from ~1.5 seconds to ~100 ms through MySQL indexing and pagination. I collaborated with the team in Agile sprint cycles to plan and deliver database enhancements on schedule.

I collaborated with admins to enhance the company site’s user experience with a six-month implementation plan, developed a merchandise sales site with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for over 100 curated products, and implemented a custom order form to streamline custom requests.
