The Supplier Portal for Accessing Risk (SPAR) system provides a workflow driven approach to assessing the risk associated with engaging in a new service or changing an existing service, with a third-party supplier. The process of assessing risk involves a range of assessments that are conducted at varying aspects of both the supplier and the service. The SPAR system will enable identification of risks and criticality in a way that is consistent with the firm's risk standards. It will eliminate the issues with ownership and sign-off delays thereby expediting the risk assessment process.

The aim of the Integrated Case Management System (ICM) effort is to define the business processes and a long-term, strategic solution for capture, management and reporting of US and International based incidents involving employee misconduct, employee non-misconduct, employee violations, At Risk Persons (ARP). This project also provides additional capabilities to different Line of business like Internal and External Fraud Investigate unit to collaborate and create separate cases as per their business functions.

The EPIC application is initiated to migrate the current CCMS application to pega. The Application will provide capability to handle disputes cases raised by debit card customers. It empowers customer service representatives in gathering all necessary information received from customer and other systems and deciding best possible next action for a dispute case and provides features for fulfillment that includes but not limited to chargeback, rebill, write-off, send correspondence etc. This project intends to build a Pega PRPC based system that provides a portal to customer service representatives supports batch environment, interacts with other systems using SOAP and Rest web services.
