• Owning the UX and UI for DI Tools Self Service product within Dell Identity space featuring API Protection, Managing Authentication for Dell’s internal applications and Managing API publishers and subscribers.

• Leading key design initiatives through stakeholder interviews, user research, user interviews, developing personas, uncovering business needs and user needs, developing design solutions, developing journey maps, wireframes, build clickable prototypes, visual designs and communicate them effectively.
