Backend dev and DevOps responsibilities at Yonder. Primarily tasked with the creation and maintenance of API (typescript/nodejs), which supported a guest facing and internal tooling web app (react), along with two native apps: andrioid and iOS (react native). Continued expansion of Yonder capabilities by creating additional APIs and/or microservices to handle onboarding of third party integrations.

• Resolved latency issues with integration channel manager listings by creating event-driven booking events upon submission of guest reservation

• Built critical internal package enabling contract developers to use core database calls

• Built and maintained business-critical endpoints: quotes, booking/reservation, property availability

• Created calendar endpoint to provide property availability data to external parties (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

• Built underlying search endpoints (using algolia) and helper event-based cloud functions to keep data sync'd across data stores

• Translated wireframes and user stories into a single-page app that was comprised of reusable React components for use as a B2B onboarding tool.

• Built an import tool in node.js to convert SalesForce CSV data into JSON format which resulted in a simplified, streamlined, and less error-prone migration into Firebase.
