✅ Formulated a custom algorithm/developer tool to traverse through Google Lighthouse data and developer’s code to construct graphs, metrics, and recommendations for improved performance, efficiency, and search engine optimization
✅ Utilized Astro in frontend web architecture to extract UI into smaller, isolated components on the page while replacing unused JavaScriptwith static HTM, leading to better performance times and time-to-interactive. Using this front-end architecture of Astro allows for wide compatibility with existing libraries and frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, and many more frameworks.
✅ Wrote lighthouse analytics to a Node file system to build users’ Astro site, run lighthouse, and save results due to Node’s widest availability of integrations, frameworks, and libraries in the JS backend architecture ecosystem
✅ Architected a Node.JS/Express.JS server involving multiple middleware mechanisms for efficient client-side routing, server-side debugging using error handlers, and maintainable server-side components
✅ Vite.JS was used to bundle and served Astro App to build the user's Astro Web application into native ES modules to automatically allow for hot module reloading when developing Astro site
✅ Employed GIT via shell script to add a post-commit git hook to generate Google Lighthouse reports whenever changes are committed, allowing developers to observe performance and search engine optimizations firsthand to make decisions based on the current commit
✅ Enforced static typing with TypeScript to maintain consistency across the codebase, improving efficiency by reducing runtime errors, and ensuring a more streamlined and accessible codebase for developers
✅ Implemented and configured APEX Charts as SVG and interactive charts to enable user metrics visuals with clean and precise code
✅ Product developed under tech accelerator OS LABS
