• Strategize and Execute Community Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of heritage month strategies and key community activations, providing expert consultative support to cross-functional stakeholders and leveraging data to influence direction
• Coach and Develop Employee Resource Group (MRG) Leaders: Provide comprehensive coaching to MRG Leaders across areas such as budget management, influencing skills, policy adherence, and conflict resolution to maximize program effectiveness and drive results
• Drive Operational Excellence and Process Improvement: Establish and optimize end-to-end processes, driving operational rigor across core MRG activities, and utilizing program/change management principles for flawless execution of programmatic shifts
• Measure Impact and Advise Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to MRG Leaders and Executive Sponsors, leading the selection of regional leadership teams, and establishing approaches to quantitatively and qualitatively measure the impact of MRG programming
