I lead the vision for how customers experience Sweetgreen across our digital touchpoints—from in-store kiosks in Infinite Kitchen locations to our web and app experiences—building scalable systems, improving navigation, and creating more seamless, on-brand interactions.

By collaborating with cross-functional teams, I transformed ideas into user-centered designs that significantly improved the customer experience for both SoFi's Rewards and Insurance products. My focus on performance-driven design helped elevate key business metrics while ensuring a visually cohesive interfaces.

Work with Tenor and Image Search teams to design a full range of user experiences across multiple products including expression search, mobile apps, and third party integrations.
