• Spearheaded projects to drive down our top user issues on Facebook app that resulted in hundreds of unique top issues fixed, a decrease in daily crashes by multi-million, & improved product performance.
• Led multi-org partnerships to tackle app health at scale that improved user signal in pre-release channels, contributed to stat-sig improvements in key user metrics and developer experience and efficiency.
