In 2011 I was recruited by the owners to come in and take over their tv production department to help win an account they were pitching. After the initial 2 weeks of freelance, they quickly made me an offer, and I’ve been helping them grow their agency ever since. Once rooted into script writing, production, and managing off site freelancers I was becoming more and more involved with everyday operations and helping bridge gaps between their Digital Marketing team, Elbow, and our creative department. I was promoted to CD in 2014 and since then, built up an amazing team of designers and editors. I also restructured our pipelines for production and communication for a more seamless workflow. As well, I created opportunities for every one of our team members to continue to grow in their skill set and knowledge base so they stay competitive in their respective fields.
RW maintains focus tier II advertising for Honda and Acura. With clients spread across from coast to coast, the strategies and creative my team produced gave the owners the opportunity to grow RW to 50+ people and open 2 more companies.
