• Company expert on our Shopify App, Magento 2 Extension, and SFCC Cartridge. Providing personal support for platform integration clients, while actively developing features, and expanding documentation.
• Member of newly formed Technical Services team, with a focus on streamlining development and client-ticket systems, including establishing new Jira workflows, and developing documentation for internal tools and processes.
• Self-directed, working with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to balance bug fixes, functional improvements, and plan feature development.
• Responsible for 3 codebases, coordinating with external development teams, assistanting clients with relevant platform integration, personally developing improvements and new features, and ancillary items including documentation and maintaining relevant marketplace listings.
