Contractor work for Thomson Reuters primarily working on the MyVitalSigns tool which monitored the health of Thomson Reuters’ internal tools with the following contributions:

• Developed and maintained automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and Junit

• Shipped an automated notifications feature to notify a user-defined list via e-mail based on user-defined thresholds for acceptable system health using C#, SQL, and JavaScript

• Addressed user-reported usability bugs using ASP.NET and C#

• Provided desktop support for Mac and Windows systems

• Wrote technical documentation for an ITV-enabled conference room detailing available features and functionality
