As Team Lead at AdvisorEngine, I've helped build and run multiple teams covering areas like brokerage account opening workflows, e-signing documents, transfer management, brokerage account trading and rebalancing integrations with Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, and some I'm sure I've forgotten about.

On each of these teams I've built a productive, friendly team culture, delivered features and fixes both large and small, analyzed and upgraded both business and technical processes, filled in for the product owner and QA lead, and maintained the level of competence and reliability needed for teams owning business critical components & features.

As a Senior Engineer I have led multiple high-profile projects at the Orchard, including implementations at both end of the engineering spectrum: end-user facing web products and high-performance automated delivery systems.

As a Technical Lead, I guide the development team in using best practices in product development, as well as designing and implementing pure technology projects.

As CTO of a startup, my responsibilities covered the entire spectrum of technical issues: server administration and provisioning, security analysis, development methodologies, risk estimates, budgeting, building a development team, requirement gathering, documentation processes, QA processes, etc.
