As I am learning and practicing design, many of these comics are a result of my current deficiencies. In addition, I am also calling out practices born out of exposure to the toxicity of unfounded criticism present in the community. With a comical take, I hope to have difficult conversations with the required light-heartedness.

• Building and evangelising a design system with a visual designer and content strategist to make store apps accessible for associates working in 1100 Kohl’s stores across USA.

• Led design for Kohl’s Wallet and Charge Card on-boarding experience on the mobile app with the goals of increasing sign ups and number of payments made against the charge card.

• Working on optimising our team’s design workflow and handoffs by integrating Abstract for version control and maintaining our pattern libraries.

• Led the redesign of all associate apps by collaborating with a researcher, copywriter, visual designer, product managers, and store teams over a period of a year to cut down operations cost and raise the SUS score for associate experience.

• Mentored two junior designers during their internships with Kohl's in the last 2 years
