• Working on the Blinkit software as a part of the Customer Delight Team dealing with Bots service, CRM service, Resolution Service and Lifeline dashboard to enhance customer, rider, and agents’ experience. Tech stack: Golang, React, Python (Django).
• Responsible for maintenance and performance optimization of Blinkbots.
• Created an admin dashboard for managing customer properties like email and karma score, announcements, etc. Designed and built the UI of the knowledge hub from scratch for easier access to policies for the agents.
• Developing an end-to-end come back later feature that would allow customers to revisit a previously raised complaint.
• Necessitated video attachments while raising a complaint for electronic items on Blinkbots and delivery lifeline dashboard.
• Developed a reject reason slug in Blinkbots and Order processing dashboard from scratch. Introduced block/unblock functionality on the Lifeline dashboard.
• Developed canceled order refund and delivered order refund flow in Blinkbots.
• Introduced a new complaint type for dealing with items that were unable to match the customers’ expectations on Blinkbots, IVA and Lifeline Dashboard.
• Effectively managing incident calls within our team or across the organization(whenever required)
