Eli Lilly is one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, with medicines reaching patients across 95+ countries and a market cap exceeding $700B. Beyond drug development, Lilly has made a serious push into consumer digital health through LillyDirect, the Lilly Health app for Zepbound and Mounjaro patients, and expanded telehealth services across chronic disease management. As a principal designer embedded in a small internal team operating as an agency within the larger organization, I owned end-to-end design of international medication websites serving both consumer and clinician audiences, while contributing to the internal design system and navigating the constraints of FDA regulatory and medical-legal review processes throughout.

These are passion projects and personal tooling that I've built primarily for myself while exploring the ideal relationship and workflow between a human designer and agentic programming. I typically use Codex for unit tests + pre-launch checks, and Claude Code for the bulk of the engineering work.

Distributed
This small but focused team was building the future of real-time clinical communication: a cross-platform suite spanning iOS, Android, and mobile web that allowed physicians, assistants, and admins to discuss, consult, transfer, and manage patients in one place. As the principal designer and the only designer on the team, I owned the full product experience across all three platforms, built the design system from scratch, and put design operations and process in place for the team to grow with. Everything was built in direct collaboration with the engineering team, from wireframes to production.

Prelude is a New York-based cybersecurity company building an autonomous red team and threat simulation platform, one of the first of its kind purpose-built for continuous adversary emulation. The platform allows organizations to run simulated attacks against their own infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities before real attackers do. Prelude later raised a $24M Series A led by Sequoia. As the sole designer, I was brought in to establish design from the ground up in a founder-led organization that had none, designing the interfaces for complex offensive security workflows and monitoring dashboards while introducing UX process and operations where none previously existed.

Commonstock was a social investing platform with a genuinely interesting premise: users could link their real brokerage accounts and share actual portfolio performance, not just opinions. That accountability layer made it meaningfully different from the noise on Reddit or Twitter. The platform raised $34M from Coatue, QED, Floodgate, and investors including Bill Ackman, and was ultimately acquired by Yahoo Finance. As design team lead, I grew the team, overhauled the design system, and helped bring the product to the polished state that made the acquisition happen.
