Early-stage Health Tech Startup (Angel Round to Traction Phase)

• Led end-to-end development of a multi-tenant C#/.NET platform for cancer case reportability and appointment scheduling, including Google Calendar sync, provider availability, and patient self-booking workflows.

• Designed and optimized PostgreSQL schemas and queries, implementing advanced indexing strategies to support performant analytical queries and large-scale data exports for clinical research.

• Built and deployed AI-powered Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, and S3, enabling clinical knowledge retrieval from structured and unstructured sources.

• Worked across AWS services including S3, Lambda, Bedrock, API Gateway, and RDS to support application features and AI workflows; contributed to Terraform configurations and basic infrastructure tasks involving ECS, IAM, VPC, and VPN setup in collaboration with DevOps resources.

• Owned frontend integrations in React/TypeScript, handled API integration, auth flows, CORS issues, and state management while collaborating closely with founders and research stakeholders.
