Responsible for developing simulated graphic worlds for the US Army using C++, DirectX, LightWave and other graphic tools. The simulated worlds represent real-time 2D and 3D battlefield environments which include all the tangible resources. Specialty skills include, translating ESRI ArcMap data, modeling (tanks, robots and humans) and rendering terrain.

Responsible for the engineering and development of software applications for the telephone communications sector. The applications include, custom Automated Attendants and IVR systems (interactive voice response) for the larger corporations and the public commercial market. The core development tools used were Microsoft Visual C/C++, Dialogic and TAPI for the back end components (DLLs, COM components and NT services), Visual Basic and MFC for the GUI and SQL Server for the database.
* Responsible for the deployment and upgrade plan of all applications using the InstallShield tool.
* Hiring technical staff members, serving as a mentor for the other developers, and performing software and hardware research.

* Client side application programmer for the Velocity and AE Briefcase applications which was designed to support sales associates and give them the ability to configure and order Lucent PBX systems. Specialized in the implementation of communication functions (i.e. FTP, MAPI, SMTP and POP3), specialized file structures and custom DLL building using the C/C++ language.
* HTML/DHTML/Java/ASP programmer for the ENACT software project which was designed to collect information from many different computing platforms and present the information to senior level managers.
* Lead programmer for the ACT (C language/DOS OS) and MXP (C language/UNIX OS) The applications were designed to provided telephone equipment ordering and work scheduling support for 5000+ Lucent users across the country. Wireless modem technology was the core of the system.
* Client side programmer for the Technician Workbench application which was a MS MFC and MS Access based application. This application replaced ACT and uses wireless technology to help the user manage job assignments, order parts and collect accounting information.
* Served as the SQA auditor for six development groups. Ensured that all SEI level 2 or 3 policies and procedures were adhered to, inspected source code samples and collected metrics for managers.

* Report to Operations Commander in charge of twelve C141 type aircraft and over fifty aircrew members.
* Provided programming support and technical support in all aspects of flight management using Borland C++ and MS Access.
* Streamlined the aircrew selection process for future flights by designing software to do so in a fair and unbiased manner, saving over 400 man-hours per year.
* Recipient of the 1993 Sergeant of the Year Award.
