Direct 15-member board to organize 4 mentorship programs, increase GBM attendance by 50%, and acquire $5000+ in sponsorship. Orchestrate recruiting socials, outreach events, and coding workshops to maintain community of 200+ women in computer science.

Organize school outreach events involving hands-on science activities with local grade schools to promote youth in STEM. Plan and host virtual recruitment socials and coding workshops to encourage women in computer science. Collaborate on board of 12 officers to host industry presentations, mentor classmates, and prepare members for interviews.

Lead weekly discussion sessions of ~50 students and provide feedback for students in C++ and algorithms-focused course. Collaborate with professors and other TAs to create practice questions and hold office hours for ~400 undergraduate students.
