Helped build the direct-to-consumer streaming aspect of AMC Networks business, from an internal startup to a core strategic part of the company's revenue base. Oversaw program execution of the group's delivery roadmap (new apps, new features, new territories, technical refactoring, partnering initiatives, streaming analytics, martech implementations, and more).
* Handled delivery for 30+ streaming apps (30+) and the backend infrastructure to support them with a coordinated release calendar.
* Planned and executed a cross-team delivery roadmap by cultivating collaboration at multiple levels in the organization with a shared focus on the organization's KPIs: customer signups, conversions, and engagement.
* Orchestrated and aligned activities of agile scrum teams working in both onshore (East Coast, West Coast) and offshore locations (Ukraine, Czech Republic, Argentina). Emphasized crucial cross-over coordination hours for the different timezones.
* Oversaw the efforts of project managers and scrummasters working on projects in the portfolio.
