Led a multidisciplinary team of six in designing, developing, and maintaining high priority, product features following agile techniques in order to deliver on our goals within a 6-week development cycle

• Led the Account Management team responsible for implementing and expanding role permissions to the app’s Team feature across product areas in the company’s transition from SMB to Enterprise customers, leading to a 73.4% increase in enterprise accounts using the feature.

• Successfully executed first team deliverable as the new lead of the API/ Integrations team one sprint ahead of schedule, while mastering a new vertical and navigating a new code review process

• Facilitated crucial conversations in moving existing processes towards CI/CD best practices, resulting in increased team communication and collaboration and a more efficient workflow

• Collaborated with staff+ engineers and product manager to ensure that architectural decisions align with future product deliverables and minimize tech debt and future development costs.

Contributor in maintaining a full-stack web application using Ruby on Rails, React, Sidekiq, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, and Redis, incorporating service layer patterns and CI/CD best practices for automated testing and deployment

• Features maintained include Launch Management product features, and the company’s HubSpot and ChurnZero integrations to allow better tracking of feature usage and churn

• Served as the liaison with customer success to track and deliver BizOps feature requests

Contributed and paired with more senior engineers to execute feature deliverables in 2 week sprints

• Collaborator in the design and development of Launch Management, the company’s first enterprise-level feature, which acquired dozens of new customers and generated over $100k in new revenue

• Independently owning an auto scroll to current iteration feature improving UX from conceptualization to production release

• Organized events such as backpack drives in support of children in need, Giving Tuesday fundraisers, and book reading events.

• Designed and implemented front-end development of web portal features such as landing page, user dashboard, and data management platform through Adobe Xd, integrating Python APIs, React/ ES6, Typescript, HTML/CSS, and Jest/ Enzyme testing
