• Designed the first ever generative AI experience on ServiceNow platform empowering agents to summarize cases, generate emails, and auto-fill case descriptions using NOW LLM.

Part of the Platform Product Experiences team, building core components of the ServiceNow platform.

I successfully led the platform team in rebuilding the nodemap component from scratch, leveraging extensive research to recommend innovative technologies that facilitated incremental enhancements. The result was a highly scalable, interactive, and engaging nodemap that revolutionized the user experience. Furthermore, I conceptualized a groundbreaking 3D version, providing users with an unparalleled immersive experience. These achievements earned me recognition within the company, receiving the visionary award, and also winning an international UX design award.

• Lead the design of the Auction Dashboard used by over 80% of the brokers and buyers on Ten-X platform, providing them an unprecedented real-time view of an auction.

• Lead the end-to-end design of Portfolio product which allows buyers to manage the sale of a group of properties. It has enabled the sale of over $200 Million worth of commercial assets.
