In this current role, I work as the tech lead of the onboarding growth team in the Enterprise oriented PayPal Commerce Platform, and helped to grow the team from 3 to 20+. We aim to provide the ability to function as not only the payment core, but also as the account lifecycle management infrastructure including KYC/KYB, compliance and risk management at a Global Scale.

Our services serve as the backbone of some of the largest World Class E-commerce Platforms, P2P Share-economy platforms, Crow-funding Platforms, Bill-pay Platform , Franchising Platform, as well as Charity/Donation Platforms.

I worked on multiple adjacencies unifications in the the PayPal commerce platform organization during this period.

I help integrate, modularize, and consolidate PayPal acquired adjacencies including but not limited to Venmo, Braintree, and Hyperwallet into the existing PayPal eco-system to offer enhanced and more unified enterprise facing products.

The platform is engineered to offer a seamless and flexible onboarding experience that allows merchants to get up and running in no time. From one setup, partners have control over their connected merchants and can easily add currencies, payment methods, and advanced features.
