Technical Experience
• Developed Site End User Incidents, Lifecycle Management, and Application Decommissioning Portals to generate data-driven insights into the status, health, and dynamics of the CBT Portfolio; applied more advanced reporting and analytics solutions by extracting data from the Enterprise Data Lake, writing load scripts, and developing UI according to user requirements from the product owners using SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript and Qlik Sense Business Intelligence Tool.
• Developed an automation tool to send HTML formatted emails to appropriate Technical Application Owners based on a standard input Excel Spreadsheet to help shorten the time in the Decommission request process. The tool uses Python 3, Tkinter, Openpyxl Library, and the Microsoft Graphs API.
• Designed and created a workflow for IT Finance group to map the ownership/process for submitting financials for a project in CBT using Microsoft Visio
• Automated and scheduled daily load of Qlik Sense Apps using Qlik Sense Management Console
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provided ongoing Qlik Sense support to Product Line Owners
• Composed technical documentation and was involved in training sessions to users on Qlik Sense Usage of the different portals created
Leadership Experience
• Elected as Technology Chair position on Executive Board of Intern Co-op Association(ICA); responsibilities included providing technical support for all the interns/co-ops within the New Brunswick campus and updating/maintaining ICA SharePoint site
• Organized and coordinated a CBT Leadership Panel & Speed Networking Event at J&J World Headquarters, where a panelist of 6 CBT VPs and Directors spoke to 30 co-ops
• Recipient of 2 Encore Gold Awards, which recognize exceptional performance and enthusiastic commitment to success. Receiving the award shows that an employee has gone above and beyond normal expectations to make a positive impact on their own jobs, their team, their department, or on the company as a whole
