• Providing end-to-end project management support for a team of 400 across 6 key trust and safety verticals within global community operations
• Over a 2 year span managed 500+ projects aimed at mitigating online harm and abuse on the Meta family of social media platforms
• Ensuring projects are executed smoothly within defined scope and service level agreement criteria
• Conducting risk assessments and driving risk mitigation on change delivery project launches
• Driving timely completion of project deliverables in partnership with operations, process, policy, quality, training, engineering and leadership teams
• Delivering program communications and change management support across stakeholder groups
• Preparing and presenting project deliverable status during weekly syncs and business reviews
• Monitoring post launch effectiveness and implementing support processes throughout project lifecycles
