Led consolidation of 10+ client legacy systems and spreadsheets into a unified web-based case management platform, supporting 3,000+ users, from initial planning to sustainment; delivered MVP to production in 3 months, 1.5 years ahead of schedule.

Spearheaded Agile ceremonies, working with 30+ senior Air Force stakeholders to align priorities, wrote user stories on JIRA, and built a dynamic product roadmap.

Led a team of 3 developers and designers (2 of whom went on to become leads themselves) to deliver high-quality solutions.

UX Lead & Developer, USAF Factory (Summer 2022 – Fall 2022)

Developed a suite of shared technical components for the US Air Force, enabling clients to independently create complex applications. This included an onboarding application and seamless integrations with AWS services like Textract, OpenSearch, S3, and NARA encryption. I took ownership of AWS Textract, an AI-driven image reading feature, which has contributed to attracting potential customers.

UX Lead & Developer, NAVAIR Connect (Winter 2022 – Summer 2022)

UX Lead of a 3-person team, developing a mobile app for displaying and managing internal news content (client: NAVAIR PAO) for 43K users, facilitating expansion opportunities with the NAVAIR Account within Appian.
