• I spearheaded the design of Nielsen’s first Mobile Diary web app, which will replace 1.5 million paper diaries being sent out annually. The Mobile Diary is expected to save $6.4 million operational cost.
• Led the design of the alpha phase Nielsen ONE Content (TV content viewership measurement reports) that has 70 enterprise users from 12 media companies including Disney and Sony Pictures Television.
• Standardized design patterns for 5 Nielsen ONE applications to create a coherent media buy & sell experience across the ecosystem, enabling stronger subscription-upsell opportunities.
• Contributed to Figma components library and design templates to enrich Nielsen’s Unity Design System that serves 10 designers.
• Enhanced Nielsen’s Audio Meter Companion App (iOS & Android) which ensures effective data gathering from 41k U.S. panelists.
