• Played a key role in the design and implementation of an in-house cloud observability solution adopted by over 150 teams organization-wide. This initiative helped decommission and replace Azure Insights/Monitoring, resulting in a significant $165K/month reduction in operational expenses. The solution utilized an OpenTelemetry-based custom Java agent, Glowroot-based performance monitoring agent, Golang collectors, and an Azure Data Explorer backend.

• Led the integration efforts with client teams, conducting consultation calls, mentoring and training engineers while offering stack/environment specific solutions for instrumentation platforms such as JBoss Wildfly, WebLogic ,Tomcat, AKS, kubernetes, Azure VMs, and MuleSoft etc.

• Developed and trained an AI model using ‘Incident ticket’ datasets to construct a classifier in Python utilizing SpaCy, NLP, NER, and logistic regression. The model effectively identifies the impacted services from the reported incidents in real-real time.

• Developed custom processors, receivers and exporters in Golang for the collector. This involved implementing features such as transforming trace data into various formats, enriching spans with critical attributes, optimizing performance through batching, and ensuring compatibility for diverse data destinations.

• Wrote custom java instrumentation for multiple At&t common libraries and internal rules engine that allowed interception of key processes and extraction of valuable data from JVM’s across At&t to provide meaningful insights and increased visibility.

• Authored shell scripts for setting up backend ADX clusters from scratch, streamlining the provisioning of Azure's physical resources, database creation, permissions configuration, private networks and data policy.

• Helped create CICD pipeline to build, deploy and publish maven/gradle projects to Nexus repo as well as build and push docker images for distribution using AzureDevOps

• Worked on Java / Angular / Guice based app that served as an internal tool to help provision resources like custom VM , ansible playbooks, Kafka etc

• Wrote a smart Parser that allowed user to write their LPM models in declarative fashion using simple DSL to generate corresponding XML models

• Led the design/architect and development effort of an IOS and Java Spring boot app ‘HUBCAP' from

scratch - which serves as a KAYAK like platform for automobile service industry ranging from CarWash

to Repair.

• Implemented the consumer side IOS app in swift /x code to create a functional interface that lets the user filter the services based on ratings , packages, price , coupons and distance, subsequently allowing them to schedule and pay via integrated payment gateway

• Laid down the core infrastructure for Microservices communication creating gateway api, authentication mechanism with JWT , Zuul and Eureka service and implemented multiple microservices controllers to develop some of the core features
