Currently: Growth strategy, insights and reporting team. Linking senior management strategy to implementation and measurement of our Growth Department. Working directly with senior management, and lead (senior staff/principal) data scientists from other departments, especially Fraud and Finance. Using AI (vertex, LLMs) to automate key metric reporting along with anomaly detection and root cause identification. Result: VPs receive daily updates in their Slack inbox containing metric anomalies with highly accurate automated deep dives as to why, reducing our time to action for issues with our core metrics from weeks to hours. Go-to data scientist for the department for deep dives into worrying trends. Recent deep dives have included economic, customer lifetime value (LTV) and fraud topics, each resulting in initiatives with impact in the $10 million - $100 million range.

In the FinTech Analytics team, striving to build a better Booking.com FinTech solution in a global two-sided marketplace: simultaneously improving online Payments experience for travellers, and making online Payments and other financial products beneficial for hotels.
