plug.dj is a platform for music listening communities. They host chatrooms with a crowd sourced playlist feature. I worked with a team of ux designers to redesign and optimize the site for new users.

• Surveyed over 140 users, conducted an in depth Heuristic Evaluation of the full site, and interviewed users on-site.

• Ran usability tests throughout design process, on the current site, then again on iterations of new design.

• Designed new layouts, color palettes, and flow for site, based on research and testing.

• Identified and recommended urgently needed features.
