Led a cross-functional team of 8 engineers, delivering the successful migration of 30+ midsize enterprise e-commerce stores with individual integrations from OS Commerce to Magento Enterprise 1.14, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and scalability. As Lead Engineer, I developed key functionalities such as the Sage 100 ERP integration.
This complex project involved migrating stores in batches, ensuring smooth transitions with data integrity.
