Started off in the Emerging Technology & Innovation Group (FKA Special Projects Group) working on AI Assistants. The experiment was successful and my team was moved into the broader R&D org.

Envoy's platform facilities workplace management into one platform. It allows organizations to check-in visitors, allow employees to book desks and rooms, and ensure that workplaces maintain safety and compliance standards through health attestation.

As an engineer on the Developer Platform team, I enabled the company's transition from multi-product to platform-first. This included exposing internal systems through a uniform GraphQL + REST interface, hiring for and building an app store that allowed partners to publish their custom apps, and driving department-wide initiatives to improve engineering tooling and processes.
