I lead product management for Zendesk’s next generation of AI-driven integrations, working at the intersection of agentic AI, enterprise workflows, and customer experience. My work focuses on building the key components that connect Zendesk with leading platforms like Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot — using protocols such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol, and Agent Commerce.

My role extends across the organization: gathering strategic feedback from top customers, evaluating industry trends, aligning with executive leadership, and shaping how Zendesk positions itself at the forefront of the agentic AI movement. My work ensures that Zendesk remains competitive, future-ready, and tightly integrated with the AI ecosystem that large enterprises are rapidly embracing.
