• Independent product owner for two scrum teams, including - maintaining the team backlog and ticket prioritization and maintenance; working with Product Manager/SME on use case development and user story creation; driving new features to definitions of ready (DOR) and ensuring team deliverables meet the minimum definition of done (DOD); remove obstacles to enable the scrum team to maintain a high team velocity.

• Assist SMEs with managing features internally and externally, including working directly with internal/external stakeholders and external customers to understand client workflows, product needs and competitive landscape.

• Help identify product gaps as well as opportunities to improve product position in the market. Perform market research and discover problems in the market (in select functional area) by interviewing customers, recent evaluators and untapped potential customers particularly in the APAC region.

• Collaborate with software developers, sales, consulting, researchers and subject matter experts – while developing expertise in understanding the use of catastrophe models and risk analyses.

• Assist Consulting team in investigating and resolving issues reported in AIR product

• Handling a team of 4 data engineers for BAU activities and maintenance of Property (1 rater) and Casualty Rater (53 raters) data.

• Spearheading the development of a Single Version of Truth (SVOT) end to end data workflow for Property for the Executive Leadership team by combining all sources of rater and booking data from

various platforms.

• Handling complex migration of existing SAS codes for various raters to the cloud version using Snowflake and Python improving performance by around 17% of existing code runtime.

• Creating a portfolio analytics dashboard for Underwriting Senior Leadership in the form of Underwriting Scorecard, Bound Ratios, Time to Market, Engineering Data analysis, Policy and Location Limit profile.
