• Managed and drove the technical software release workflows end-to-end through collaboration cross-functionally with technical leads/teams, infrastructure support, QA, and stakeholders using agile methodology for Apple’s conversational intelligence platform. that can be used to build conversational interfaces for chatbots, which are used by numerous Apple teams, including Apple Card, Apple Retail, Apple Care, etc., that supports millions of Apple’s customers conversational activities.
• Worked with software engineering managers in creating runbooks for NPI and production debugging using Splunk logs and Quip, documenting specific instructions to resolve bugs while working with Dev Ops to capture/create specific alerting systems for software changes to have 100% monitoring of production health.
• Created and tracked bug triage process (Bug triage SLAs) for NPI and production environment, which resulted in at least 20 bugs being fixed and deployed to production bi-weekly as Stability-release/Hot-fix with the possibility of using feature flag functionality as a deployment safety net, without customers experiencing any impact to new software changes if discovered.
• Coordinate QE regression, automation, functional, and business testing cross-functionally to verify software quality to ensure quality software release to each deployment environment/code branch for each software deployment, resulting in decreasing prod issues by 80%.
• Owned the planning and scoping of software development work with product managers /business partners for a team of 15 software engineers and 5 QA in a sprint format using scrum methodology to perform software development/bug fixes according to the release schedule and program timeline.
• Owned release process/feature process life cycle for chatbot feature development, which resulted in up to 100 software changes per release cycle delivered to production to enhance and maintain Apple’s conversational intelligence platform.

• Drove an owned platform software development programs using Agile/Waterfall Methodology in supporting the development and release of one of the world's first mobile home monitoring robots known as Astro, which resulted in delivering quality engineering work in the effort of developing software features, bug fixes, and code changes to improve customers functionality with Astro.
• Drove third-party reality wireless/wired concierge features implementation and development with Amazon tech leads to bringing forth features such as parity of wired USB connections, increased numbers of compatible phones, support of phone calls, enabling concierge services to support devices known as AirPods, etc. on Astro robots that results in feature enablement with the industry’s top used wireless chargers.
• Responsible for driving Astro's continuous software QA program, which validated and shipped over 60 software changes/fixes monthly with QA, Engineers, TPM, etc., resulting in timely debugging of critical issues and ensuring quality software features being deployed per software release to improve Astro’s CSAT scores.
• Drove platform software sensor calibration program for next-gen Astro robot, through NPI phase, to calibrate over 100 robots to meet NPI development schedule on time, meeting NPI schedule and unblocking dependent teams development.
• Drove Amazon Astro FOS7 development and simulation readiness that consists of App framework services bring up for Astro future generation robot, unblocking dependent application teams development for NPI and ensuring a platform where software teams can execute and engage with applications conveniently and efficiently for NPI development.
