• Collaborated with 20+ Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) stakeholders stationed in over 8 countries to identify qualitative design requirements for a newborn warmer to be implemented in low- and middle-income countries.
• Led the development of highly detailed technical specifications for the newborn warmer, outlining precise design parameters and functionality requirements to comply with IEC standards.
• Designed, fabricated, assembled, and finished two works-like, looks-like newborn warmer prototypes.
• Directed in-depth user research initiatives to inform design and strategic decision-making, including conducting interviews and simulations during field visits to MSF project sites in Kano, Nigeria.
