Podop is an interactive media company that focuses on creating branching narratives that promote empathy through new forms of storytelling.

• Led UX and visual design for MOSAIC, an Emmy-nominated interactive experience directed by Steven Soderbergh released on iOS, AppleTV, Android, and web platforms in partnership with HBO

• Worked with filmmakers and writers to conceive and design interactive stories and experiences that explore nonlinear, multi-perspective, branching narratives

• Collaborated with screenwriters like Ed Solomon (Men in Black, Bill & Ted) and Karrie Crouse (Westworld) in developing storylines, designing the user experience, and building and testing prototypes

• Led the design of four proprietary software products used for writing complex scripts, visualizing story structures, organizing film shoots, and editing

Mentored students on the practical use of design thinking and iterative design methodologies for DAPME Lab (Design & Agile Project Management Engineering Lab). The course is an intensive project based seminar in which undergrad engineering and MBA students will: 01) learn a multi-disciplinary approach to evidence-based product design, 02) agile project planning and execution, 03) rapid MVP prototyping, and 04) launch strategy formulation and implementation.

My role included organizing and holding workshops to help students conceptualize, test, and actualize their research products. Taught students how to use mind mapping software for profiling users and creating flows, prototyping tools to test and validate assumptions, and basic principles of graphic design to craft an identity and platform for the projects.
