• Translate complex user and business needs into elegant, intuitive experiences through user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, regularly liasing with leadership

• Design intuitive, data-rich experiences that help users manage their tasks, aligning user needs with product strategy to drive innovation in the climate-tech space at scale

• Advocate for design excellence by introducing critique practices and enhancing team workflows

• Teach the complex variations and advanced tools of Adobe Illustrator CC to both undergraduates and continuing education students at Pratt to execute refined projects that demand a mature skill-set

• Teach the foundations and core methods of drawing as a fine art practice, empowering students to produce work in line with their creative intention and expression.

• Mentor students to support their design practice and professional goals

• Lead UX/UI design efforts across several digital products, creating high fidelity user journeys to maintain a source of truth for cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, when iterating across sprint cycles

• Launch a comprehensive design system leveraged by entire teams to drive consistency and efficiency when building integrated features, UI pattern libraries, guidelines etc. at scale

• Perform user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design solutions

• Partner closely with Engineering and Product to craft informed product roadmaps, regularly communicating these efforts to Executive Leadership of a large, multi-national company

• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the live experience meets the criteria and functionality as presented in the visual concepts

• Lead cross-functional design for brand social channels, video, creator-led content, and other digital creative

• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, production partners, and internal teams while providing studied design direction and rationale for visual solutions made

• Maintain high level of craft and organization while designing for a range of budgets, timelines, and production approaches
