Led the architecture and development of the MVP using a build-measure-learn framework while driving recruitment to expand the engineering team from 1 to 6; launched the product within 4 months, achieving adoption by 200 companies and securing first paying users within 6 months.

Led a team to develop a next-generation resource allocation platform that bridged the gap between planned initiatives and actual engineering effort, securing executive sponsorship and building a team of four developers; iterated rapidly based on feedback, integrated with company-wide systems, and scaled adoption to manage initiatives totaling over $100M annually, earning buy-in from senior leadership.

Conceived and led the development of a Machine Learning (ML) based pricing calibration platform for FX benchmarks, enabling assisted calibration suggestions to maintain high data quality while minimizing team expansion; collaborated with multiple teams including Global Data, FX product management, and ML scientists to overcome deployment challenges, achieving $6.5M in annual cost savings (equivalent to 32 FTEs).

Developed and implemented a predictive monitoring system for a critical Bloomberg service, leveraging statistical analysis to forecast potential outages, resulting in a 67% reduction in service disruptions and preventing potential losses of hundreds of millions during market volatility.

Worked closely with the Head of Treasury (Treasurer) to drive key initiatives across several different teams within the division. My impact spanned Structured Products desk, Asset Liability Management (ALM) desk, Money Markets desk, and guiding the Middle Office team.

Led development and implementation of a cross-divisional cash flow forecasting platform for ADCB's Money Markets desk, optimizing cash management and reducing weekly cumulative cash balances by $2B, resulting in $7M annual savings.

Spearheaded a strategic financial analysis, identifying key drivers of declining profit margins in Wholesale Banking. Presented findings to the Executive Committee, resulting in implementation of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) adjustments that increased annual income by $10M.
