Led a team to develop a next-generation resource allocation platform that bridged the gap between planned initiatives and actual engineering effort, securing executive sponsorship and building a team of four developers; iterated rapidly based on feedback, integrated with company-wide systems, and scaled adoption to manage initiatives totaling over $100M annually, earning buy-in from senior leadership.
Conceived and led the development of a Machine Learning (ML) based pricing calibration platform for FX benchmarks, enabling assisted calibration suggestions to maintain high data quality while minimizing team expansion; collaborated with multiple teams including Global Data, FX product management, and ML scientists to overcome deployment challenges, achieving $6.5M in annual cost savings (equivalent to 32 FTEs).
Developed and implemented a predictive monitoring system for a critical Bloomberg service, leveraging statistical analysis to forecast potential outages, resulting in a 67% reduction in service disruptions and preventing potential losses of hundreds of millions during market volatility.
