Growth Product Manager for a large retail bank.

I work in EY's Experience Design practice where I take on roles in product management and UX design. I'm currently serving as a Growth Product Manager for a top retail bank in a staff augmentation role where I own their Digital Subscriptions & Upgrades experience.

For my Master's Practicum I joined a design research team to create a “now, near, far” roadmap that facilitates collaboration and aligns stakeholder interests in the Drinking Water Industry to improve the health and safety of Michigan residents. To do this, we applied design research methods to conduct 70+ interviews, synthesize 2000+ data points, and ideate on key insights. Results included user stories and experiences that were used to create 4 tools that build empathy and increase collaboration between stakeholders in the drinking water industry.
