• Led design and research for the New Products team, driving innovation in AI-powered apartment search (sunny.com) and leading a comprehensive redesign of Apartment List’s core product (Moonshot).

• Defined and evolved the brand’s visual language, motion, and design guidelines, establishing standards for illustration and iconography while bridging product and marketing for a cohesive brand experience.

• Led accessibility efforts as the DEI Accessibility Council's lead designer, ensuring products meet ADA compliance standards.

• Represented HomeBridge as the Bay Area ambassador, coordinating volunteer initiatives and community engagement.

• Redesign the International Community School’s main website and created a student portal with a content management system with different levels of user access using Joomla, Dreamweaver, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Lead design in new features that integrate into the Chase design ecosystem from the ground up, including conversational interfaces and its emotional and ethical aspects.

• Lead visual, interaction, and motion design work for rebranding the Chase Digital Assistant.

• Successfully launched the Chase Digital Assistant from concept to a shipped product to millions of customers in 2020.
