I’m working to accelerate the pace of platformization on Capital and across Stripe by building new paradigms, tools and metrics for code modularity.

Founding software engineer of Stripe Capital. I helped build the foundational infrastructure of our early financing products. Then, I worked on building out our Capital Markets team for about a year. Last, I was the the engineering team lead on Capital for Platforms, shepherding our early embedded lending efforts.

As lead web engineer, I was responsible for building Cymbal's web architecture, which includes autoscaling, isomorphic javascript, react.js, and data-driven UI/UX design. As lead Mobile and React Native engineer, I converted our web application from universal React into React Native, and from React Native Android into React Native iOS, achieving > 80% code reuse. I managed a team of three engineers, which included task assignment, determining high level priorities, code reviews, and assisting in professional development.
