During my time at Datto, I assisted with daily operations of the Cloud Engineering team as well as developed tools for internal use. I created a Grafana dashboard plugin that displays server information via communication with the Zabbix and NetBox API. In addition to diagnosing and fixing routine server issues, I identified and proposed a solution to a network monitoring oversight.
